Possedere la mentalità da campione è per un atleta la più desiderabile delle aspettative.
Il preparatore atletico è la figura professionale preposta a curare e gestire la preparazione fisica e il recupero post-infortunio nel mondo sportivo.
Spesso si sente parlare della figura del preparatore in diversi ambiti: sport, fitness, riabilitazione.. figura sempre più importante e determinante.
Spesso non c’è chiarezza intorno a questa importante figura, si pensa che sia un po’ terapista, un po’ nutrizionista, un po’ personal trainer, diciamo un po’ tuttologo! Ovviamente non è così.
Come dice il detto: “tutte le strade portano a Roma” e le strade per andare a Roma sono tante, quindi è impossibile dare una risposta univoca.
Come si è sviluppato il calcio, così è cresciuta l’attenzione verso il ruolo.

Entra 4 anni fa in punta di piedi nel mondo del calcio dando vita ad un’escalation impressionante passando dalla Terza Categoria all’attuale esperienza in D col Real Agro Aversa. Riflettori puntati su un mental coach, leader carismatico con tante competenze in materia. Può ricoprire più ruoli: dalla riabilitazione motoria, preparazione atletica a 360°, conoscenza nutrizione sportiva e preparatore atletico per infortuni . Ama mettersi in gioco in ogni cosa che fa, apprendere e fare esperienza continuando a studiare per spiccare il volo nel mondo del lavoro. I risultati sono decisamente dalla sua parte. Ad oggi l’infermeria normanna è vuota.Chapeau!
