La storia dei Red Devils parla chiaro, hanno costruito tante squadre “macina vittorie” proprio per la loro dedizione verso il settore giovanile.
Da quando la squadra è allenata da Solskjaer, questa mentalità è stata ripresa di nuovo in maniera forte, e infatti sta dando i suoi risultati.
Ci vuole sicuramente un po’ di tempo, di sicuro siamo ancora abbastanza lontani dal top club che siamo abituati a vedere, ma ogni cosa è ciclica, quindi “tempo al tempo”, ma sono stati fatti gia passi da giganti.
Far crescere giocatori insieme nel settore ed investire molto su di essi, significa costruire una squadra in tutti i sensi.
In squadra attualmente, ci sono molti giocatori provenienti dall’Accademy, alcuni gia solide realtà, altri giovani promettenti.
Uno tra di tutti è Marcus Rashford, ormai gia simbolo dei Red Devils, Scott McTominay, Dean Henderson ( che molto probabilmente ha soffiato il posto a David De Gea),Mason Greenwood (giovane che ci farà sognare tanto in futuro a noi tifosi) Amad Diallo ( reduce di un’esperienza in Serie A con l’Atalanta).
Altri invece con molta probabilità, avranno spazio il prossimo anno come Facundo Pellistri, attualmente in prestito.
