Si chiude un anno in chiaroscuro per il Savoia e i suoi tifosi. Dalle speranze di agganciare il Palermo, la stagione scorsa, ai musi lunghi di questo primo scorcio dell’attuale. Quanta differenza! Ora sono numeri tutt’altro che confortanti ad accompagnare la squadra di Salvatore Aronica durante la pausa di fine anno. Numeri che non si addicono a quella che in sede di pronostico veniva indicata come la compagine più accreditata alla vittoria del girone G di serie D. I bianchi non vincono da quattro partite, due sconfitte di fila con Latina e Muravera e lo squallido derby in bianco con il Gladiator prima di Natale. E soprattutto zero gol all’attivo negli ultimi 360 minuti. Società (in silenzio stampa) intenta alla verifica degli errori commessi e uomini mercato al lavoro per porre rimedio.
