La partita della vita è il libro autobiografico di Sinisa Mihajlovic, disponibile anche in pdf.
Lo abbiamo visto a Sanremo ospite di Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a sua volta autoproclamatosi direttore del 75° festival della canzone italiana, ma, in realtà, simpatico ospite d’onore di Amadeus e Fiorello.
Profondamente cambiato, ma con gli occhi pieni di luce, Siniša Mihajlovic ha la luce di un guerriero che non ha mai perso il proprio filo conduttore che è stato sempre la sua forza: l’attaccamento ai valori, ma anche il coraggio di cambiare e di riscoprire una vita diversa dopo ogni battaglia.
A luglio del 2019, Sinisa scopre di avere la leucemia e comincia la sua lotta in ospedale: tre ricoveri e un trapianto. Un mese dopo è di nuovo in panchina.
L’allenatore del Bologna nella sua autobiografia si racconta così: «Ho affrontato ogni partita come fosse la vita e la vita come fosse una partita»; si racconta senza reticenze, ripercorrendo le tappe di una vita.
Nato a Vukovar da madre croata e padre serbo, diventa calciatore e milita nella Stella Rossa di Belgrado con cui vince ventenne una Coppa dei Campioni, distinguendosi per il suo sinistro micidiale sui calci piazzati. Ma racconta anche gli anni dell’inizio delle guerre balcaniche, degli orrori e del dolore vissuti in prima persona.
Dal 1992 comincia la carriera italiana – con Roma, Sampdoria, Lazio e Inter – con due scudetti, quattro Coppe Italia e quattro trofei europei. Poi il ritiro nel 2006 e la carriera di allenatore all’Inter come vice di Roberto Mancini; poi con Bologna, Catania, Fiorentina, Nazionale serba, Sampdoria, Milan, Torino e di nuovo Bologna.
Un racconto lungo trent’anni e ricco di aneddoti, personaggi, successi, fallimenti, polemiche, rivelazioni, partite oscure, gioie e drammi personali che scorrono in queste pagine tra sport, famiglia, politica e amicizie pericolose come quella con il criminale serbo Arkan.
