Tassinaro, portaci in Europa…

Domenica scorsa a Milano siamo stati finalmente una squadra quadrata e compatta, abbiamo rivisto un gioco propositivo, ed un gruppo capace di proporre e di soffrire, non 11 giocatori raffazzonati in campo.
Non capirò mai l’idiosincrasia di tanti campani, sia calciatori che semplici appassionati, per Napoli, la SSCN ed i Napoletani.
Invidia, complesso di inferiorità? Come non comprendo chi tiene per le forti squadre del Nord, che geograficamente, ma anche culturalmente e storicamente hanno poco in comune. Parteggiare per chi inneggia al Vulcano che hai sotto casa, o denigra le tue tradizioni e le tue abitudini, non è certo un esercizio di buonsenso.
Difficilmente capibile anche la protesta della AS Roma: da Trigoria scrivono alla Lega – con notevole aplomb, ma anche con tanto spirito sportivo – che il rinvio di Juventus-Napoli ci favorisce nella lotta per la Champions. Ma perché non nominate anche i bianconeri, non sono forse pure loro vostri avversari per la corsa al quarto posto? Non avete pensato che collocare il match rinviato questa settimana ci avrebbe costretto, caso più unico che raro, a disputare 3 trasferte in 7 gg?
Ringraziate piuttosto il sorteggio e qualche buona prestazione se siete ancora in Europa; pensate all’amarezza che ci ha dato spazio al modesto Granada, o alle dosi da cavallo di Maalox che gli juventini di tutto lo stivale stanno assumendo a profusione, dopo la partita con il Porto.
L’AS Roma rappresenta la capitale d’Italia, la città eterna che con quasi 3000 anni di storia ed è la principale memoria storica, ma anche culturale ed architettonica del Vecchio Mondo.
I gladiatori da tempo non bazzicano da queste parti, i ponti del Tevere ne hanno vista di acqua scorrere, oggi Roma è una metropoli in difficoltà, tra inquinamento, traffico, crisi economica, malcostume, forse messa peggio di altre capitali europee.
Negli anni ha sempre provato a dire la sua, spinta da una forte passione popolare, estrinsecata dalla costante e massiccia presenza all’Olimpico, sia quando gli investimenti consentivano di proporre formazioni forti, sia quando la squadra modesta era etichettata e derubricata a mo’ di sfottò Rometta.
La bacheca è discreta, il principale risultato è la finale di Coppa dei Campioni persa in casa con il Liverpool nel 1984. Oltre agli sciagurati rigori calciati male dai campioni del mondo ed al gran rifiuto di un pavido Falcao, la ferita più dolorosa deve essere quella legato all’arbitro della semifinale (chi non ricorda può facilmente approfondire).

Noi arriviamo recuperando, ma solo per la panchina Lozano e Manolas. Scelte obbligate per i terzini, Maksimovic accanto a KK, Osimhen pronto a subentrare nella ripresa.
Loro arrivano senza J. Jesus positivo, Veretout, Mkhitaryan e Smalling per guai fisici. In campo Dzeko terminale offensivo e l’ex Diawara in mediana.
Si scende in campo! Partiamo bene, sistemandoci nella loro metà campo, loro ci aspettano senza pressarci, in attesa di riversarsi in velocità in avanti. Qualche cross nel nulla e Politano ed Insigne che non trovano la giocata.
Prima occasione per Zielinsky servito da un errato disimpegno giallorosso, il tiro è impreciso. Il polacco si rifà qualche minuto dopo: su assist di Insigne si libera al limite, costringendo al fallo da giallo Ibanez. Perfetto Mertens – finora in ombra – a trasformare la punizione piazzando il pallone sul lato di Pau Gomez; non folta la barriera, ottimo il movimento, al momento del fischio di vari azzurri, a creare confusione.
La Roma sbanda e viene punita in una classica azione di rimessa. Lorenzo lancia per Politano, assist di testa e Mertens – solo ed al posto giusto – appoggia in rete, sempre di testa. Adesso i giallorossi non ci stanno e riempiono la ns trequarti, provando a sfruttare velocità e prestanza fisica. Cristante al volo da dentro l’area, ottima la risposta in corner di Ospina. Si rientra negli spogliatoi per l’intervallo, doppio vantaggio azzurro.
Parte forte la Roma nel secondo tempo, adesso Spinazzola a sinistra sembra un treno, Stringiamo i denti, la vera occasione arriva solo quando Koulibaly decide di regalare il pallone al limite, il tiro di Pellegrini si stampa sul palo con Ospina immobile. Il portiere poi è svelto sul cross dell’olandese Karsdorp che stava prendendo la via della porta.
Fonseca cambia l’attacco, da noi si rivede Lozano ed entra Osimhen che, invece di sfruttare le praterie, si azzuffa 2 volte con gli avversari. Finiamo in tranquillità, altri 3 punti di speranza.
Non sono favorevoli i risultati del pomeriggio di Atalanta e Milan, assume sempre più importanza la partita da recuperare.
